REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds: We offer a refund on purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. In the event of receiving a damaged product, we kindly ask that you record a video during the unpacking process to ensure eligibility for the return. The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please raise a refund request from website or contact our customer support team at info@blakento.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

  • Please note that Reverse Pickup service may not be available in all pin codes. In such instances, you are welcome to use a cost-effective courier service to return the product.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of Orders: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order after this time frame, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Cancelled Orders: If your order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. However, you may still be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy outlined above.
